LENOVO

  • RWOB met with the Lenovo team in January 2023 to discuss creating a shop-in-shop concept at Best Buy by the Back-to-School season in July.
  • The objective was to design an interactive branded experience showcasing Lenovo’s product range.
  • RWOB handled all aspects of the project, from design to installation, ensuring high attention to detail.
  • The project featured innovative elements like custom curved tables and involved smooth collaboration and feedback with Best Buy Canada and Lenovo North America/Canada.

PUBLIC LANDS

  • RWOB’s attention to detail was crucial in creating a distinct space for Public Lands.
  • They redesigned areas like fitting rooms and restrooms, hid peg board walls, and created realistic category sections with themed graphics.
  • Innovative solutions such as lift-and-drop channels and magnetic graphics allowed for easy updates, and old fixtures were polished for repositionable vinyl graphics.
  • The project featured unique elements like giant peg boards and portal walls, and the client expanded this approach to other store departments.

DICK’S SPORTING GOODS

  • RWOB met with the Dick’s Sporting Goods team in April 2023 to discuss updating the company’s headquarters lab store with a tight timeline of two weeks.
  • The objective was to create a football and basketball area for Dick’s Sporting Goods lab store to visualize their new 50K store experience prior to rollout.
  • The project featured a two-week time constraint, walls prefabricated in Innomark’s model shop, and high customization for this one-time project.
  • RWOB executed the client’s elevated vision by creating three vinyl-wrapped walls to emulate the in-store experience within the requested timeframe.

MANDO & LUME

  • Our objective was to launch Lumē and Mando with a permanent in-line tray in Target stores to enhance their presence.
  • We developed a modular pusher system and used common components for longevity and flexibility, adding a barcode system for recyclability.
  • Graphic tiles in front of the product educated shoppers, differentiating the brands with a visually appealing presence.
  • The client gave positive feedback on the execution and product sales.

CANON

  • We wanted to create a less cluttered & visually inviting space where store staff & prospective customers could easily interact.

  • A design goal was to ensure a premium, lit product presentation while balancing product security with accessibility.

  • Integration of Canon’s media messaging via monitors, with remote content management. Replaced existing fixtures and increased Canon’s merchandising area while adhering to brand standards.

  • Improved inventory storage and accessibility for both customers and staff.

  • Demolition and installation was completed in three days to achieve the redesigned retail environment.

WESTERN DIGITAL

  • Over the past several years, Innomark has managed Western Digital’s refresh program in B&H, starting in 2018 with two sides of the gondola inline and two end caps.
  • The space has been regularly updated with graphic posters, dummy boxes, touchscreen technology, and looping video screens.
  • These displays effectively educate customers on the quality and performance of Western Digital products, differentiating them from competitors.

New Balance

  • New Balance identified that their existing flagship store was underperforming and in need of a refresh. To address this, they engaged North Town Tigers—a boutique design agency based in Chicago—who partnered with RWOB to manage the production and implementation of the updated retail experience.

  • Working from preliminary design concepts, our team brought the vision to life through a comprehensive scope of services including research and development, material selection, engineered solutions, full production management, and installation. The updated store launched in early March and received high praise from New Balance executives, many of whom described it as the most accurate and compelling retail expression of their brand to date.

  • While several of the installations will remain on display for a few more months, the stage elements have already been removed to make way for a new campaign, which we also supported. Notably, the only permanent fixture—the viewfinder—was thoughtfully designed by our team with a discreet, user-friendly mechanism for updating video content, ensuring long-term adaptability and ease of use.
